Susan Manning
Founder of Mindful People

Susan Manning is a mindfulness facilitator and coach. She offers a stimulating approach to bring mindfulness to life and accessible to people ready for change.  


Susan has over 25+ years’ experience working with a range of organisations and small businesses. She has worked as an Organisational Development consultant, HR Manager, Senior Leader and workplace facilitator. Sectors include Media, Central and Local Government, Professional Services, FMCG, Crane Industry, Automotive, ITO’s, Education and SME’s. Susan holds a Degree in Human Resource Management (UK), Degree in Primary Education (UK) & a Post Graduate Qualification in Learning.

Mindfulness has been central to Susan’s approach to life particularly over the past four years. She is passionate about helping others in their own mindfulness journey – her focus is on developing effectiveness and assisting people to experience their potential, build resilience, cultivate self-awareness, make better choices based on clarity and to achieve results based on transformative change and increased wellbeing.

Susan is a trained meditation and mindfulness teacher. She has completed Level 1 - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training with Mindfulness Training Institute Australasia (MTIA).

Susan has attended multi-day silent retreats and has her own established formal mindfulness practice. She teaches from her own experience having experienced the power of mindfulness first-hand.

Mindful People works with you to inspire sustainable change to enhance your personal and professional goals. Founded in 2018 in the Hawkes Bay, the team offer stimulating programmes face to face in New Zealand and online globally.
