How we do it.
Programmes are based on neuroscience and research that show increasing evidence of the benefits of mindfulness in the workplace and delivered by highly experienced facilitators with backgrounds in change management, business leadership and mindfulness.
How is it run?
It is an 8 week experiential programme of 1.5 hours a week.
Based on a framework created by experts in mindfulness ‘Peace in a Frantic World’ by Mark Williams and Danny Penmann.
